Prescription Delivery Service

We offer a FREE prescription delivery service to our elderly and housebound patients.

It's as easy as ONE, TWO, FREE!

1. Fill out two forms. One form to authorise us to pick up your prescriptions from the surgery and the other is our Delivery Request Form.
2. When you need a new prescription simply order it in the usual way.
3. We will pick it up from surgery, dispense it and deliver it on the next available delivery slot.

Please make sure you give us plenty of time to do all this. We usually recommend ordering your medicines about a week before you run out.
